This Privacy Policy describes how EventsPi Application collects, uses, and protects user data in relation to integration with Google Calendar, Google OAuth2, and Telegram.

1. Data Collected

1.1 Google Calendar

To provide our services, we access the following data from Google Calendar:

Names of the calendars the user has access to.

We do not store events, event details, attendees, or other sensitive calendar-related information.

1.2 Google OAuth2

We use Google OAuth2 for user authentication. When logging in with Google, we collect and store:

Google User ID
Email address (only for authentication purposes)

We do not share or use this information for purposes other than authentication.

1.3 Telegram

To enable the sending of reminders via Telegram, we collect and store:

Chat ID (necessary for sending reminder messages)
Message ID (for managing sent messages)

2. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively to:

Authenticate users via Google OAuth2.
Generate and send reminders based on events in connected Google Calendars.
Send notifications to users via Telegram.

We do not use the collected data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

3. Data Retention

Data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Users may request data deletion at any time by contacting eventspi.webapp@gmail.com.

4. Data Sharing

We do not share data with third parties, except as required to comply with legal obligations or to protect our rights.

5. Data Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to:

Access their data.

Object to data processing.
Revoke consent for access to Google Calendar, Google OAuth2, or Telegram data at any time.
